To begin, you need to decide if you want a trust or to purchase as an individual.  Regardless of your choice, you will need to be fingerprinted, have a photo taken and your trust notarized if going that route.  Regardless of your choice, we will fill out your Form 4 for you and mail it. Worried about how to pay your NFA Tax fee?  We can help, no extra fees.

If going the individual route understand that you are basically saying that only you need access to your NFA/ suppressors stuff and you don't particularly care what happens to your stuff when you die.  You will need to send most everything that you send to ATF to your chief local LEO as well, however no action is needed from the LEO to purchase.

If going with a trust you will need the following for everyone on your trust:

Two sets of fingerprints, passport photo, notary and a person of responsibility form filled out for every person in your trust.   You will need to send most everything that you send to ATF to your chief local LEO as well, however no action is needed from the LEO to purchase.  

Once you have filled out the Form 4 and have PAID IN FULL for your NFA item AND ALL TAXES, the NFA item is now yours and you may use it ONLY at Cedar Ridge Range in San Antonio while waiting for ATF to approve your Form 4.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the purchase of an NFA item, you will forfeit all money paid and the sale will be canceled.

Once we receive your tax stamp/approval from ATF, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once you have been notified, you have six months from date of notification to pick up your item. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your funds and the sale will be canceled.

If you leave Cedar Ridge Range property with an NFA item that has NOT received an approved Form 4 from ATF, Cedar Ridge Range/Ferris Firearms staff will immediately contact law enforcement and help them apprehend you.
